1 Cauliflower Clean and chop into florets
3 Potatoes Peeled and Cubed
2 Tomatoes Pureed
1 Onions Finely Chopped
2 Teaspoon Wonder Merawala Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon Wonder's Mera Wala Cumin Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Wonder Merawala Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Wonder Merawala Chilly Powder
1 teaspoon Ginger Chilli Paste Paste
Salt
2 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves Finely chopped

Aloo and Gobhi is a wonderful curry to pack tiffin box or relish it together with your loved ones and make your Sunday a Funday. Cook a phulka, paratha or simply steam rice – it tastes good with all. Try it with Wonder Mera Wala Garam Masala and experience the magic of Dhaba flavors at your home.

In a pan heat one tablespoon of on medium flame, fry potato cubes for 2 mins till light brown. Remove and keep aside. In the same pan, add the cauliflower and cook for 3-4 mins. Remove and continue with potatoes

Add another teaspoon of oil, add the Wonder Mera Wala Cumin Seeds and onions. Saute till soft and light brown. Add ginger chilli paste and stir.

Add tomato puree, cook for 2 mins.

Spice it up with 2 teaspoons of Wonder Mera Wala Garam Masala, Wonder Mera Wala Turmeric Powder, Wonder Mera Wala kashmiri/Kumthi Chilly Powder and salt.

Add the cauliflower and potatoes. Mix gently, cover the pan and cook it for 2-3 mins on low flame. Add little water, if it looks dry to you.

Keep a check, if overcooked then the vegetable will turn mushy.

Turn off the flame and garnish with generous coriander that adds a lovely aroma to the curry.
