Ask anyone what home cooked food they remember the most? Rajmah – Chaval will be the quick response. Mine too! So when I get on to making Rajmah, I like to cook it my way. The soaking, boiling and simmering need to be perfect. Add to that the perfect flavour of Wonder ka Mera Wala Rajmah Masala and I know from the aroma that the taste will be awesome. After all, issi liye toh mere wale Rajmah sabkey favorite hain!
PS: I add a dash of lime and enjoy eating Rajmah with Chaval, Kulchas, Parathas, Pau or even bread!
