1 cup Baby Potato Halves
3/4th cup Purple Yam Peeled and Cubed
4 Baby Brinjal
1 cup Surti Papdi Halves
1/4th cup Toovar Dana
1/4th cup green peas
For the Green masala
1 cup Fresh Coconut
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped
1/4 cup Green Garlic Finely Chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
2 teaspoon Green Chilli Paste
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Sugar
Salt
2 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Wonder Merawala Undhiya Masala
1 teaspoon Wonder's Mera Wala Cumin Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Wonder Merawala Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Wonder Merawala Chilly Powder
1/4th teapoon Hing
A pinch of Soda bi-carbonate

Undhiyu roots from the land of Gujarat and is widely loved by masses. This winter mix vegetable made with special Wonder Mera Wala Undhiya Masala will mesmerize you with its aroma and flavors

For the Green Masala - In a grinder, make a coarse paste of fresh coconut, coriander leaves, green garlic, ginger, green chilly, lemon juice, sugar, and salt. Keep aside.

In an aluminum pressure cooker, heat oil, add Wonder Mera Wala Cumin Seeds and hing

Add the purple yam and saute till golden brown. Add potatoes an brinjal and saute it for 2 mins

Add the Surti papdi halves, Lilva beans and pinch of soda. Mix it all well.

Layer it with the green masala, add Wonder Mera Wala Undhiya Masala, Wonder Mera Wala Turmeric powder and Wonder Mera Wala Red Chilli powder, sugar, lemon juice and salt for taste. Add 1/2 cup of water.

Pressure cook it on a medium flame for at least 3 whistles and its ready

Garnish the Undhiyu with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Poori and Jalebi
