1/2 cup Tuvar Dal Pressure Cooked
1/4 cup Orange Pumpkin Chopped and cooked
1 Drumstick Chopped and Boiled
1/2 cup Tomatoes finely Chopped
2 tablespoon Wonder Merawala Sambhar Masala
2 teaspoon Wonder’s Mera Wala kashmiri / Kumthi Chilly Powder
1/2 teaspoon Wonder Merawala Turmeric Powder
1/4 teaspoon Wonder's Mera Wala Premium Hing
1 teaspoon Wonder's Mera Wala Cumin Seeds
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
2-3 Green Chillies slit
6-7 Curry Leaves
Salt
Coriander Leaves for garnish

Sambhar is a nourishing blend of pulses and vegetables that tastes delicious with piping hot Idli and crispy Vadas. Wonder Mera Wala Sambhar Masala is an aromatic mix of quality spices that brings the authentic flavors of South on your platter

In a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, Wonder Mera Wala Cumin Seeds, fenugreek seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, Wonder Mera Wala Hing powder followed by tomatoes.

Add salt for taste, Wonder Mera Wala Sambhar Masala, Wonder Mera Wala Turmeric Powder, Wonder Mera Wala Red Chilli Powder. Saute it for a min. Add the pumpkin and drumstick.

Add the cooked tuvar dal to above mix. Add water for desired consistency.

Garnish the Sambhar with lots of coriander leaves and serve it hot with Idli, Vada and coconut chutney.
