Directions

In a pan heat one tablespoon of on medium flame, fry potato cubes for 2 mins till light brown. Remove and keep aside. In the same pan, add the cauliflower and cook for 3-4 mins. Remove and continue with potatoes |

Add another teaspoon of oil, add the Wonder Mera Wala Cumin Seeds and onions. Saute till soft and light brown. Add ginger chilli paste and stir. |

Add tomato puree, cook for 2 mins. |

Spice it up with 2 teaspoons of Wonder Mera Wala Garam Masala, Wonder Mera Wala Turmeric Powder, Wonder Mera Wala kashmiri/Kumthi Chilly Powder and salt. |

Add the cauliflower and potatoes. Mix gently, cover the pan and cook it for 2-3 mins on low flame. Add little water, if it looks dry to you. |

Keep a check, if overcooked then the vegetable will turn mushy. |

Turn off the flame and garnish with generous coriander that adds a lovely aroma to the curry. |
