Directions

In a pan, boil water, add onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilly, cashewnuts with a pinch of salt and cook till soft. |

Cool the mixture and grind it into a smooth thick paste |

Blanch all the vegetables one by one in a pan filled with water. Add a pich of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of bakind soda. Starin it and allow it to cool. |

Heat oil and ghee in a pan, pour in the smooth paste. Add Wonder Mera Wala Kitchen King Masala, Wonder Mera Wala Kashmiri/Kumthi Chilly Powder and salt. Mix it all. |

Simmer it for 8-10 mins on low flame. |

Pour in cream and add all the cooked vegetables. Add little wate rif needed. Mix it well and cook for a minute. |
