Directions
A staple restaurant dal that pairs perfect with steamed rice or jeera rice. Cooked with wholesome spices mix from Wonder Mera Wala Supreme Garam Masala with a tadka of jeera and curry leaves makes it delectable.

Wash all the 3 dals and pressure cook it with a pinch of salt till cooked |

Heat ghee in a pan, saute onion till light brown. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry it for a minute. |

Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes |

Add the Wonder Mera Wala Turmeric Powder, Wonder Mera Wala Red Chilli Powder, Wonder Mera Wala Supreme Garam Masala, salt for taste and cooked dal. |

Simmer the dal for 5 minutes on alow flame. Stir it occasionally so it doesn’t settle at the bottom. |

Squeeze in lemon juice and add coriander leaves |

Pour the dal in a serving bowl and add a tadka of Wonder Mera Wala Cumin Seeds along with dry red chillies. Serve it hot with Steamed/Jeera rice and roasted papad |
