1 teaspoon Ajwain
1/4th cup Ghee Melted
Salt
Water
For Samosa Filling
1 cup Potatoes Cooked and Mashed
1/2 cup green peas
1 teaspoon Green Chilli Paste
1 teaspoon Ginger Grated
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
4 tablespoons Coriander Leaves
1 teaspoon Oil
1 teaspoon Wonder's Mera Wala Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Wonder Merawala Supreme Garam Masala
Oil for frying

A birthday party or an office party is always filled with a platter of Samosas. Make a crispy crust with spicy masaledar filling using Wonder Mera Wala Supreme Garam Masala that makes it delectable

Steps

Knead a dough using all-purpose flour, ajwain, salt, ghee and water as required. Cover it and keep aside for at least 20 mins

Heat the pan with oil, add Wonder Mera Wala Cumin Seeds followed by grated ginger and green peas.

Saute it for a min. Add green chilly paste, Wonder Mera Wala Supreme Garam Masala, salt as per taste. Add Mashed potatoes and mix all ingredients very well

Squeeze in lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves.

To make Samosa

Knead the dough nicely. Make equal size balls and roll it into a medium-size round. Cut it into half. Join the edges and gently press it with your fingers to form a cone

Fill the cone with a spoonful of the potato and peas filling. Seal it again by pressing the edges gently

Repeat for all the dough and filling.

Heat oil in a frying pan and on a medium flame fry one by one samosa till crisp and golden brown. Drain them on a tissue paper.

Serve the hot Samosas with mint chutney or ketchup
