For the Green Masala - In a grinder, make a coarse paste of fresh coconut, coriander leaves, green garlic, ginger, green chilly, lemon juice, sugar, and salt. Keep aside. |

In an aluminum pressure cooker, heat oil, add Wonder Mera Wala Cumin Seeds and hing |

Add the purple yam and saute till golden brown. Add potatoes an brinjal and saute it for 2 mins |

Add the Surti papdi halves, Lilva beans and pinch of soda. Mix it all well. |

Layer it with the green masala, add Wonder Mera Wala Undhiya Masala, Wonder Mera Wala Turmeric powder and Wonder Mera Wala Red Chilli powder, sugar, lemon juice and salt for taste. Add 1/2 cup of water. |

Pressure cook it on a medium flame for at least 3 whistles and its ready |
