For the KoftaIn a large bowl, mix all the vegetables, add salt and cumin seeds. Bind it with besan four and roll equal sized round balls. Deep fry the koftas under medium to low flame till crisp and golden brown. Keep aside in a bowl. |

For the GravyIn a pan heat oil, add onion puree followed by green chillies and grated ginger. Saute it for a min. Add cashew nuts paste and bay leaf. Give it a nice mix |

Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates from the sides of the pan. |

Season it with Wonder Mera Wala Rajwadi Garam Masala, Wonder Mera Wala Red Chili Powder and salt for taste and cook for a minute. |
