1 Cup Potatoes Peeled & Grated
1 Cup Carrots Peeled & Grated
1/4th cup French Beans Finely chopped
1/4th cup Capsicum Finely chopped
1/4th cup Green Peas
1 tablespoon Gram Flour
2 teaspoon roasted Wonder's Mera Wala Cumin Seeds
As per test Tomato Puree
1 tablespoon + For deep frying Oil
1 cup Tomato Puree
1/4th cup Onions Puree
8 Cashewnuts Paste
1 tablespoon Wonder Merawala Rajwadi Garam Masala
2 teaspoons Wonder Merawala Chilly Powder
2 Green Chillies Finely chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger Grated
1 Bay leaf
Salt
1 tablespoon Oil

Shahi Dum Kofta and Kulcha taste delightful together. The rich, creamy gravy is seasoned with the right blend of spices from Wonder Mera Wala Rajwadi Garam Masala. Cook this special meal at any occasion or party for your loved ones and grab tons of compliments.

For the Kofta

In a large bowl, mix all the vegetables, add salt and cumin seeds. Bind it with besan four and roll equal sized round balls. Deep fry the koftas under medium to low flame till crisp and golden brown. Keep aside in a bowl.

For the Gravy

In a pan heat oil, add onion puree followed by green chillies and grated ginger. Saute it for a min. Add cashew nuts paste and bay leaf. Give it a nice mix

Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates from the sides of the pan.

Season it with Wonder Mera Wala Rajwadi Garam Masala, Wonder Mera Wala Red Chili Powder and salt for taste and cook for a minute.

Add the fried mix vegetable koftas and gently simmer it for 5 mins on a low flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve the hot Shahi Dum Kofta with soft Kulchas and onion slices.
