1 cup Mint leaves
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
4-5 Green Chillies Halves
2 teaspoon Ginger Paste
1 tablespoon Wonder's Mera Wala Panipuri Masala
2 Lemon Juice
As per taste Salt
1/2 cup Black chana Boiled
1/2 cup Green moong Boiled
1/2 cup Potatoes Boiled, Peeled and Mashed
1/2 cup Boondi
1 cup Khajur Imli Chutney
1 teaspoon Wonder Merawala Chaat Masala
1 teaspoon Wonder Merawala Chilly Powder
2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves Finely chopped

Pani puri, Gol gappe, Pani patashi, Fulki, Gup Chup, etc is a popular snack known by so many names is a celebrity snack. Every bite explodes with sweet, spicy and tangy flavors. Mint Coriander water made with Wonder Mera Wala Pani Puri Masala adds all the magic !!

For the Pani

Rinse the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly. Drain the excess water.

In a blender add mint, coriander, green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, salt and grind it smooth paste with an ice cube to retain the green color.

Transfer the paste to a large bowl, add Wonder Mera Wala Pani Puri Masala, salt and add 4 cups of water. Stir it nicely. Add salt if needed. Refrigerate it for an hour. Strain it before serving.

For the Stuffing

In a bowl mix mashed potatoes, chana, moong, salt, Wonder Mera Wala Chaat Masala, Wonder Mera Wala Red Chilly Powder, Coriander leaves and salt as desired.

In a platter, take the masala, puri, small bowl of khajur imli chutney and a big bowl of Pani with boondi

Crack the center of the puri with your finger or a spoon.

Stuff it with the masala, add a teaspoon of khajur-imli chutney and fill the puri with spicy Pani and eat it at one go.
