Directions
Pani puri, Gol gappe, Pani patashi, Fulki, Gup Chup, etc is a popular snack known by so many names is a celebrity snack. Every bite explodes with sweet, spicy and tangy flavors. Mint Coriander water made with Wonder Mera Wala Pani Puri Masala adds all the magic !!

For the PaniRinse the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly. Drain the excess water. |

In a blender add mint, coriander, green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, salt and grind it smooth paste with an ice cube to retain the green color. |

Transfer the paste to a large bowl, add Wonder Mera Wala Pani Puri Masala, salt and add 4 cups of water. Stir it nicely. Add salt if needed. Refrigerate it for an hour. Strain it before serving. |

For the StuffingIn a bowl mix mashed potatoes, chana, moong, salt, Wonder Mera Wala Chaat Masala, Wonder Mera Wala Red Chilly Powder, Coriander leaves and salt as desired. |

In a platter, take the masala, puri, small bowl of khajur imli chutney and a big bowl of Pani with boondi |
