PreparationSoak chicken pieces in Luke warm water in a dish and add a pinch of salt. Let it soak for 10 minutes and later clean and rinse it properly under running water. Put it in a bowl and set aside. |

To prepare marinadeIn a mixing bowl, add Wonder Mera Wala Red Chili Powder, Wonder Mera Wala Chicken Masala powder, turmeric powder, salt and 2 tbsp of yogurt and mix well. Add chicken pieces in this mixture and marinate for 30 minutes. |

Prepare Mixture for GravyTake green chilies, garlic cloves, ginger and grind together to get a coarse paste. Add little water if needed. |

Preparing GravyTake a medium-sized pan and heat half cup of cooking oil in it. Add Wonder Mera Wala Cumin Seeds and let it clutter. Add finely chopped onions into it and sauté it until they turn golden in color. Add ground paste of ginger-garlic-chili to the pan and give a nice stir. Sauté the mixture for 1-2 minutes until their raw smell goes away. Add remaining spices into the sautéing mixture such as red chili powder, turmeric powder, and Wonder Mera Wala Chicken Masala and Mix well. |

Add marinated chicken into the sautéed mixture and along with the marinade and give a nice stir to combine well. Roast the chicken pieces along with mixture for 5-7 minutes and then add tomato puree into the pan. Mix well and roast for another 5 minutes. |

Add 1.5 cups of water into the pan and add salt (as per your taste) and mix well. Cook the chicken on low flame for another 15 minutes until the gravy thickens or you get the desired consistency of the gravy |

For GarnishingOnce the chicken is properly cooked and gravy is thickened, add freshly chopped Cilantro leaves, kasoori methi and mix well. Cook for another 1 minute and serve hot. |
