I always thought that Kasuri Methi was for making Aloo Methi! Then one fine day over dinner Mrs. Khurana ne baat baat mein kaha, “Why don’t you add Kasuri Methi to your Aloo Mutter or Daal Makhani?” And after that, she introduced me to the wonderful world of flavour and aroma with Kasuri Methi. So now my Palak Paneer, Rajmah, Egg Curry, Chicken Curry, Malai Mutter make the neighbour drop in to ask, “aaj kya ban raha hai?” All I say, “yeh Mera Wala secret hai!”
