Surprised? I too was, when I made Mere Style ke Chhole for the first time. Chhole is our family favourite and Amritsari Chhole was the standard! Each time was a challenge to match the taste and anxiously look at everyone’s face when they took the first bite. Then one day I decided to make Chhole my way… with a little help from Wonder’s Mera Wala Chhole Masala. Don’t know if it was the extra frying of onions or just the fun of cooking my own way… but now Mere Wale Chhole is the new standard!
