6 Almond
1 tablespoon Fresh Cream
1 tablespoon Wonder Merawala Shahi Paneer Masala
1 teaspoon Wonder Merawala Chilly Powder
1 teaspoon Saffron Strands
1 tablespoon Milk
1 tablespoon Oil

A luscious and creamy vegetable dish that can be easily cooked at home to perfection. Wonder Mera Wala Shahi Paneer Masala makes it a very delicious meal for a family dinner or any occasion.

Done

Soak cashewnuts and almond in warm water for 15 mins. Peel the almond skin.

In a small bowl, add saffron strands to milk. Stir it and keep it aside

Heat 1 teaspoon of oil, saute onions till soft. Add tomatoes, salt, Wonder Mera Wala Red Chilli Powder. Turn off the flame and cool the mix

In a blender make a smooth puree of cashewnut, almonds and above mix.

in a pan heat up the remaining oil, add the puree and Wonder Mera Wala Shahi Paneer MAsala. Saute it for a 2 mins on low flame. Add the paneer cubes. Pour in saffron and milk mix. Add little , if needed

Serve it with Roti/Kulcha with Mixed veg pickle.
